I understand that I use this service at my own risk and that it is presented as-is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. I agree not to hold the provider liable for any damage that may occur to me, my customers, or anyone involved as a result of using this service. I am solely responsible for anything that may occur as a result of using the provider's service. I agree not to place my site under an inappropriate category. I agree that Metadefender is the sole arbiter of what sites are deemed acceptable for the Metadefender directory and that Metadefender may remove my site from the directory without warning or explanation. In the most extreme cases we may be forced to involve law enforcement and/or the Internet provider of the hosted site. I understand that all communications with Metadefender's staff are strictly confidential. I agree that the information I am using to sign up is valid, factual, and in good faith. I agree not to sign up using a false name, fake/invalid email address or alias of any sort and that doing so constitutes an act of fraud.
